The artwork

Two honu drift across a field of faded kapa cloth, framed by an indigo border and a breaking wave along the hem. The hibiscus on the shoulder is the only warm colour on the whole garment. Drawn by hand and printed all over — front, back and hood — with nothing on the outside but the art.

Fleece

Polyester fleece, 320 g/m². Crisp, vivid print and easy care — colours stay deep, linework stays sharp.

Pick this if you want the print at full strength.

Cotton

100% cotton, 310 g/m². Softer hand, with a natural marled print texture closer to real faded kapa.

Pick this if you want the worn-in look.

Natural fibres give the cotton its marled texture, and it may shrink 3–5% after the first wash. Both are characteristic of natural cotton, not faults — size up if you want a roomier fit.

🧥 Hoodies
Wash inside-out with similar colors. Avoid the dryer's high heat — it can shrink the fleece. Reshape while damp and lay flat or hang to dry.
👚 T-Shirts
Machine wash cold and tumble dry low to minimize shrinking. Iron inside-out on low heat, never directly over the print.
💡 Pro tip — washing in cold water and air-drying keeps colors vivid and prints sharp for years.
